1. The eight collaborative school system will increase their collective graduation rate. 2. During each year of the Charter, 100 students in the collaborative High School will graduate having obtained one or more academic credits for their graduation at their home school from the MEC. 3. The MEC mean scale score for students taking the EOCTS will be within 5% of the state mean EOCT scale score in each content area for each year of the Charter.
